Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of experience in a case management setting with at least two (2) years of leadership experience within case management.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.
• Manages and evaluates department operations, including information technologies, service levels, and complaint management, to meet performance and quality objectives.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities including hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and continuing education.
• Prepares and evaluates departmental budgets and ensures fiscal compliance.
• Coordinates and directs internal and external audits.
