Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Director of Capture to lead a capture team for the $1.5B Cyber and Intelligence Sector. You will guide strategy, build partnerships, and drive winning proposals, operating in a player/coach model across cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

You will apply advanced capture practices, manage risk, and leverage AI tools to optimize win probability, with travel as needed and Top Secret/SCI w/ poly security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 16+ years of relevant experience.
• Track record as capture lead and winning opportunities >$100M.
• Proven ability to develop partner relationships delivering value.
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement, contracting, and financial rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture team responsible for delivering winning proposals in a coach capacity.
• Lead individual captures and deliver winning proposals in a player capacity.
• Provide strategic oversight, capture management, market analysis, client engagement, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
• Mentor and support to ensure successful development and execution of capture plans across the organization.
