Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors, a nationally ranked remodeling company, is hiring a Director of Field Marketing to lead our door-to-door canvassing team in Florida. Prior canvassing management experience is required.

You will hire and onboard canvassers, train reps on scripts and objection handling, set daily/weekly goals, manage schedules and territories, coach in the field, and track KPIs to report results. A lucrative package includes base salary plus commission and a company vehicle with gas
