Job summary

Team Outsider seeks an experienced project leader to build and protect our campground infrastructure across multiple states. You will oversee capital projects, coordinate with General Managers, and ensure safety, reliability, and guest experience while balancing budgets and timelines.

You will drive strategic prioritization, manage stakeholders, and develop teams to execute complex improvements with accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing similar projects or working at an engineering firm.
• Significant experience leading commercial construction, infrastructure, facilities, or capital improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, drainage, structural systems, permitting, and regulatory processes.
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations or operating environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support properties and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and on budget with proactive communication.
• Scope, prioritize, budget, and execute capital projects using established project management processes.
• Proactively manage schedules, budgets, risks, and changes.
• Provide guidance and support to General Managers to execute projects at properties.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, guest experience, and property condition.
• Build strong vendor and regulatory partnerships to drive successful execution.
• Coach and develop property teams to lead projects independently.
