Team Outsider is hiring a Campground Operations Coach to support General Managers across our portfolio. You’ll provide subject-matter expertise, operational coaching, and accountability to translate strategy into daily on-site execution and strong guest experiences.

You will strengthen on-site leadership, ensure consistent standards, and drive performance across multiple properties while navigating a fast-growth hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Multi-site or multi-unit operations experience.
• Experience in campground or outdoor hospitality.
• Experience developing and coaching on-site leaders.
• Strong operational execution and performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach General Managers across properties to improve guest experiences and team performance.
• Translate company strategy into daily on-site execution and accountability.
• Reinforce systems, standards, and processes to scale operations with excellence.
• Drive property performance, leadership development, and financial results.
