Job summary

Team Outsider is hiring a Campground Operations Coach to support General Managers across our portfolio. You’ll provide subject-matter expertise, operational coaching, and accountability to translate strategy into daily on-site execution and strong guest experiences.

You will strengthen on-site leadership, ensure consistent standards, and drive performance across multiple properties while navigating a fast-growth hospitality environment.

  • Experience in campground or outdoor hospitality.
  • Experience developing and coaching on-site leaders.

The Opportunity

The Campground Operations Coach is a high-impact role that supports and develops General Managers across Team Outsider’s portfolio. This role exists to ensure each property consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences, builds strong on-site teams, and achieves strong financial performance.

You’ll serve as a trusted Home Office partner to General Managers — providing subject-matter

expertise, operational coaching, and consistent accountability — while helping translate company

strategy into daily execution on the ground.

Mission of the Role

Strengthen operational execution, leadership capability, and performance consistency across

Team Outsider properties by coaching General Managers and reinforcing the systems and

standards that enable the business to scale with excellence.

Key Outcomes

1. Strong Property Performance Across the Portfolio

Drive improvement in Google Reviews, Team Member NPS, and financial performance by strengthening operational consistency and leadership execution.

Ensure each property maintains a clear vision & strategy with defined priorities and measurable performance indicators.

Support General Managers in translating strategy into daily execution and team alignment.

3. High Performance of General Managers

Develop General Managers into strong operators and leaders through coaching, feedback, and capability building. Ensure the right people are in the right roles, with clear expectations and accountability.

4. Elevated Guest Experience

Strengthen consistency of hospitality standards, guest-facing processes, and service delivery across properties.

5. Strong Compliance & Operational Discipline

Increase adoption of operating standards, processes, systems, and guest experience expectations across the portfolio.

Experience We Are Looking For
  • Multi-site or multi-unit operations experience (hospitality, franchise, retail, or similar)
  • Experience in campground / RV / outdoor hospitality strongly desired
  • Experience developing and coaching on-site leaders
  • Strong operational execution and performance mindset
  • Experience working in fast-growth or scaling environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with strong relevant experience
