Job summary

Mountain Management Group is seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance to lead facilities, infrastructure, utilities and maintenance across a 500-acre destination campus with 125+ buildings including lodging, dining, events, and wellness facilities.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while mentoring a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and maintenance operations.
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs across a 500-acre campus with 125+ buildings.
• Manage departmental budgets, contractor and vendor relationships, and capital project coordination.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to promote operational excellence and guest experiences.
