Job summary

Team Outsider is seeking an experienced Project/Construction leader to build and protect campground infrastructure across our portfolio. Lead capital projects, coordinate with General Managers, and drive successful execution with a strong emphasis on safety, budget, and schedule.

You will shape long-term infrastructure plans, manage vendors and regulatory interactions, and travel about 25% to support properties and acquisitions, while championing teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large capital projects.
• Experience leading commercial construction, infrastructure, or multi-site programs.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, drainage, permitting, and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver capital projects on time and on budget.
• Scope, prioritize, budget, and execute projects using standard PM processes.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and risks with proactive communication.
• Provide guidance to General Managers and stakeholders for project execution.
