Hoxton Circle in Central California is seeking a Director of Operations to lead its multi-unit hospitality and retail destination. You will own day-to-day operations, set consistent guest experience standards, and partner with the CEO to translate strategy into actionable plans across departments.

The role requires real financial fluency, hands-on leadership of a large, diverse team, and a passion for guest-first culture across hospitality, retail, and lodging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 8+ years in multi-department operations, including 5+ in a senior leadership role within hospitality, retail, or property management.
• Strong track record managing budgets, forecasting, and margin improvement.
• Experience leading diverse teams across multiple business functions.

Director of Operations
Central California

A well established, multi business hospitality and retail destination is looking for a Director of Operations to lead its next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to run point across several distinct business lines under one roof.

You’ll own day to day operations across the property, set the standards that keep guest experience consistent no matter which part of the business someone walks into, and work directly with the CEO and executive team to turn strategic goals into real operational plans. That means budgets and P&L ownership across departments, pricing and margin decisions, safety and compliance across retail, food service, and lodging, and building out the team structure and training programs that let each business unit run well without you having to be everywhere at once.

This role suits someone who has run multi entity operations before, ideally across hospitality, and who’s comfortable being hands on with both the P&L and the people. You’ll need real financial fluency, the ability to lead a large and varied team, and genuine interest in the kind of guest first culture that makes a destination like this one worth visiting again and again.

What we're looking for:
