Overview

A prestigious and large scale organization just outside of Portland is looking to add a Regional Director of Operations to the team. This role offers oversight of a high-volume, multi-site operation with significant growth opportunities. Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units
• Lead operational management and financial performance across multiple locations including main campus and satellite offices outside of the area
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships while ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Build revenue and manage P&L statements with sensitivity to costs and client needs
• Coach and mentor a large team including nearly a dozen managers and 500+ total employees
• Ensure safety, quality, and service excellence across all operations

Position Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven leadership experience with P&L responsibility in hospitality, retail, facilities, or food and beverage industries
• Experience managing at least $25M in annual revenue
• Bachelor\'s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to hire, assess, develop and grow talent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across all organizational levels
• Experience with turnaround initiatives and leading through change
• Comfortable with contractual requirements and identifying operational opportunities

Compensation

Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Base pay: $145,000 - $160,000 per year, 22% bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with large match, relocation assistance available, and much more!
