Advanced Technology Recycling (ATR) seeks a Director of Business Development to lead nationwide growth and profitability. You will manage a high-performing BDM team, build strategic partnerships, and expand revenue streams in electronics recycling and sustainability.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in business development or sales leadership, a director-level track record, and strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic recycling, ITAD, sustainability services, or environmental compliance sectors strongly preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a director or Executive role.
• 7+ years in business development or sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Managers to exceed revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and sustainability goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, ITAD vendors, municipalities, and recycling partners.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates to executive leadership.
