Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Bloomington, IL seeks a Director to independently manage and grow this branch, with full ownership of operations, staffing, client relations, and profitability.

You will develop marketing plans, build referral networks with hospitals and senior services, recruit and schedule staff, oversee budgeting, and foster a high-performance culture; relocation is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone Caregiving as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call duties.
• Conduct intakes and build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profitability, reflect in P&L statements.
• Create a workplace culture that motivates and sets high performance standards.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:
