Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks a Branch Director in Torrance, CA to lead and grow the local operation. You will work autonomously with ongoing corporate training and support, driving business development and referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, and senior services.

You will hire and onboard staff, staff shifts, manage client intakes, and oversee the office budget and P&L. A strong culture of accountability and results is expected.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the branch with training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.
• Hire and onboard new staff; ensure shifts are staffed; monitor on-call.
• Build strong client relationships; conduct intakes; ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profit and loss statements.
• Create and sustain a workplace culture that motivates the team.

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals

• Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
