Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an autonomous Director to lead the Kearney, NE branch, driving growth and client satisfaction in-home care services.

You will independently manage the branch with ongoing corporate training and support, while developing marketing plans, managing referrals, staffing, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage referral partner relationships (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are staffed; monitor on-call duties.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and monitor profit and loss statements.
• Create a high-performance culture and motivate the team across the territory.

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This is an existing location!

Responsibilities:

As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.

Business Development:Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.

Referral building:Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).

Staffing and Scheduling:Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.

In-home Assessments:Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.

Financial Management:Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.

Cultivating Culture:Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.

Preferred Qualifications:
