Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Richmond, KY is seeking an executive-level Branch Director to independently manage and grow our local operation. You will drive strategy, staffing, client relations, and profitability with ongoing corporate training and support.

You will develop and execute a marketing plan to make Cornerstone the preferred in-home care provider, cultivate referral partnerships, and ensure staffing levels, client satisfaction, and a healthy office budget.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory; set standards, incentivize, and motivate the team.

• Base salary ($80,000) with an additional 20% quarterly cash profit share
