Job summary

LCS is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & AI to lead the strategy, evolution, and delivery of Insight Advantage and our enterprise BI capabilities, delivering a trusted, personalized experience that informs occupancy, operations, workforce effectiveness, and resident experience.

This role requires guiding the BI product roadmap across enterprise and community audiences, with governance, self-service, and adoption practices, while partnering with Data Engineering and AI to enable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Experience leading BI products or platforms used by multiple functions.
• Strong experience with Power BI including semantic modeling, measures, visualization, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Insight Advantage and enterprise BI capabilities.
• Own the BI product experience across enterprise and community audiences with trusted metrics and self-service capabilities.
• Guide the design of reusable BI semantic models, measures, and reporting standards with Data Engineering and Data Governance.
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT on architecture, performance, security, and data placement across Snowflake and Power BI.
