Sprinklr, a global SaaS leader, seeks an experienced Director of Business Intelligence to translate enterprise BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and scale data‑driven decisions across our worldwide organization.

Reporting to the VP of BI, you will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR to align data definitions, build KPIs, and oversee data engineering, governance, and analytics teams while advancing AI‑enabled business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in BI, data engineering, or enterprise data management with leadership experience.
• Expertise in Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, data warehousing, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with ERP/CRM data models and data governance.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑phase BI programs in fast‑moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Translate BI strategy into a multi‑quarter roadmap and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Embed AI into analytics, scale use cases with measurable impact.
• Advance forecasting, anomaly detection, and generative analytics.
• Oversee data platform, architecture, governance, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Deliver executive dashboards and enterprise KPIs with self‑service analytics.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a global BI team; drive career growth.
• Own BI tech stack, vendor strategy, and modernization roadmap.
