Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to translate BI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and scale data-driven decision making across our global SaaS organization. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR to align data definitions and build KPI measurements that inform strategic decisions.

You will oversee data engineering, governance, analytics, and enterprise integrations while advancing AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; master's or MBA preferred.
10+ years in BI, data engineering, or enterprise data management; 5+ years leading technical teams.
Experience with Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, ETL/ELT; cloud platforms AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

Translate BI strategy into a prioritized, multi-quarter roadmap.
Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR.
Oversee data engineering, data science, governance, analytics, and integrations.
Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics.
Lead and mentor a global team of BI engineers, data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
