Job summary

LCS (Life Care Services) seeks a Director of Business Intelligence & AI to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of Insight Advantage and enterprise BI capabilities. You will own the BI roadmap, drive adoption, and partner with Data Engineering, Governance, Data Science, AI Solutions, and IT to deliver scalable, secure analytics across communities.

Reporting to the VP, Data & AI, you will mentor the BI team, balance business value with platform sustainability, and guide priority initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in BI/analytics or related field.
• Experience leading BI products/platforms used by multiple functions.
• Strong Power BI expertise including semantic modeling and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and evolution of BI capabilities across the enterprise.
• Own BI product experience with trusted metrics and self-service capabilities.
• Define and steward reusable semantic models, measures, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Governance, IT and AI teams on architecture and performance.
• Guide AI-assisted analytics experiences and proactive narratives.
