Job summary

Lexia Learning seeks a Director of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead the team turning data assets into insight and action across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and the executive team, with responsibility for BI strategy and analytics governance.

You will guide analytics and data engineering collaboration, build self-service dashboards and AI-enabled workflows, mentor analysts, and partner with senior leadership to drive revenue optimization and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or data strategy.
• 5+ years leading analytics teams.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication.
• Experience with BI tooling and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that aligns with the org’s mission and strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and AI-enabled analytics projects.
• Oversee self-service dashboards, AI-enabled analytics, and data governance frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and leadership to align analytics with business priorities.
