Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of behavioral health treatment experience, including SUD, mental health and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience in clinical supervision, staff training, and curriculum development.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive organizational behavioral health training program.
• Establish competency standards and implement assessments and case-based learning.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training aligned with clinical practices and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce training needs and prioritize initiatives.
