Job summary

Crossroads is seeking a Director of Training to lead the development, implementation, coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our behavioral health training and workforce development program. You will ensure staff receive the knowledge, skills, supervision, and ongoing professional development necessary to deliver ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical mental health fields (required).
• Experience in behavioral health settings and workforce development (preferred).
• Regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement familiarity (required).
• Clinical supervision and training/curriculum development experience (preferred).
• Notable knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive care (required).
• Strong collaboration with clinical leadership and HR (required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive organizational behavioral health training program.
• Create competency-based objectives and standards for clinical and operational roles.
• Develop knowledge tests, skills demonstrations, case studies, simulations, role plays, and other assessments.
• Collaborate to determine employees' ability to independently perform duties.
• Set annual training priorities aligned with regulatory, accreditation, and quality goals.
• Standardize onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training across programs.
