Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in human services, social work, psychology, public health, healthcare management or business administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Beacon locations to ensure goals, budgets and clinical targets are met.
• Support Care Team Managers by ensuring staffing and resources for high-quality care.
• Plan and co-chair monthly staff meetings; coordinate agendas and document filings.
• Ensure policy adherence, monitor workloads, and review incident reports for regulatory submission.
• Manage Census, payroll costs and EBITDA targets; oversee time-and-attendance reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree required
