Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college coursework in business or related field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential homes and ensure regulatory compliance with DHS/licensing.
• Supervise and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Manage budgets, payroll, and staffing to meet targets.
• Coordinate with regulators, referral sources, and leadership to improve operations.
