Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple locations, ensuring goals, budgets, and clinical targets are met. You will support Care Team Managers with staffing, resources, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating monthly staff meetings and documenting procedures.

You will liaise with regulatory agencies, assist with CAPs, and manage census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets to support high-quality care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, healthcare management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervision/management in residential care.
• Strong communication and regulatory compliance knowledge.
