Beacon Specialized Living in Wisconsin seeks a Home Manager to oversee one or more residential sites, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and budget targets. You will supervise DSP staff, coordinate admissions with clinical teams, and partner with regulators and referral sources to sustain safe, supportive homes.

The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed care understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college coursework in business or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned residential home(s) ensuring budget targets and clinical effectiveness.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure proper training.
• Coordinate admissions with referral sources and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing to meet needs and budget.
• Prepare and review incident reports and corrective action plans.
