Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services (BSLS) seeks a hands-on Home Manager to lead residential homes within Wisconsin. You will ensure regulatory compliance, budget adherence, staffing, and high-quality care across shifts.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, coordinate with clinical teams, manage admissions, maintain documentation, and partner with regulators and referral sources to support individuals served.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a high-demand residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant operation of assigned homes and meet budget and clinical effectiveness targets.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to support residents’ health and independence.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to meet budget and staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory communication.
• Engage with referral sources and regulatory agencies.
