Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple locations, ensuring staffing adequacy, budget adherence, and quality of care. You will coordinate with department heads and lead policy implementation, audits, and regulatory responses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of supervisory experience in residential care, with strong communication, budget management, and time-management skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include human services, psychology, healthcare management or business administration.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in management or supervisory role in a residential care environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned Beacon locations to meet goals, budgets and clinical targets.
• Support Care Team Managers with staffing and resources for high‑quality care.
• Plan and co‑chair monthly staff meetings; ensure documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, Compliance and leadership on staffing, training and policy adherence.
• Ensure incident reporting and regulatory submissions are timely and accurate.
• Manage Census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets; monitor time‑and‑attendance.
