Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living Services in Wisconsin seeks a Home/Program Manager to lead residential operations and ensure high-quality care. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage staffing, training, and budgeting, and collaborate with clinical teams to improve operations while maintaining compliance with DHS and licensing standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and regulatory focus, with ability to coordinate repairs, vendor contracts, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college coursework and a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years leadership experience in healthcare or human services preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred and background checks required.
• Able to pass TB/drug tests, hold a valid driver’s license, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned home(s) and ensure regulatory and budget targets are met.
• Supervise DSPs, provide training, and manage staff scheduling.
• Maintain facilities, coordinate repairs, and manage vendor contracts.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling costs, and performance to stay within budget.
• Collaborate with clinical/leadership teams to improve operations and quality.
• Ensure HIPAA and safety compliance and coordinate with regulators when needed.
