Responsibilities

• Operational oversight: ensure goals, budget and clinical targets are met.
• Policy implementation: deploy BSLS policies, procedures, and care practices.
• Incident reports: review and submit timely to regulators.
• Record maintenance: secure, up-to-date records for individuals and staff.
• Staffing supervision: support managers to ensure adequate staffing for quality care.
• Meetings and orientation: plan monthly staff meetings and orient new employees.
• Licensing liaison: communicate with licensing and external agencies to resolve issues.
• HR/Compliance: address personnel issues with HR, Compliance, and leadership.
• Budget and performance: monitor census, payroll costs, and EBITDA targets.
• Clinical actions: ensure proper protection and care for individuals.
