Responsibilities

• Operate assigned home(s) to meet budgets and clinical effectiveness.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure staff training.
• Maintain home facilities and coordinate maintenance with supervisors.
• Coordinate admissions with referral sources and regulatory bodies.
• Manage census, payroll costs, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned homes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant records and QA monitoring.
