Job summary

Liberty Behavioral and Community Services seeks a dedicated Program Director to lead and oversee our behavioral health services. You will design, implement, and evaluate programs for individuals with autism, IDD, and behavioral health needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to improving lives through collaborative care, staff development, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health.
• At least 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with adults with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of behavioral services programs, ensuring effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise and provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including Adaptive Skills Therapists, Conduct Specialists, and support staff.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral treatment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources.
