Responsibilities

• Manage assigned homes to meet budgets and clinical goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure staff training.
• Maintain facility operations and coordinate maintenance.
• Coordinate admissions with referrals and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure incident reporting and CAP/POC implementation.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and staff payroll reporting.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and communicate with regulators.
