Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee homes to meet budgets and clinical goals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensure training.
• Maintain home and related systems, facilities, and furnishings.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with staff and supervisor.
• Assist in contracting for services and evaluate contractors.
• Keep homes and vehicles clean with defined daily duties.
• Communicate daily with direct supervisor.
• Manage on-call responsibilities and report hours.
• Prepare meeting rooms and schedule staff for meetings.
• Build relationships with referral sources and regulators; coordinate admissions.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operations, compliance, care, and performance.
• Uphold professional conduct at all times.
