Job summary

Eleos Wellness is seeking a skilled operations leader to oversee daily functions and maintain high-quality care across CSU-A, CSU-B, and CSSU. You will manage hiring, competency evaluations, and staff performance, while ensuring policy compliance and efficient finances.

Collaborate with nursing leadership and treatment teams to ensure continuity of care, timely grievance resolution, and strong community partnerships. Weekend on-call coverage and committee participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with clinical and supervisory experience or RN with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality of care across CSU-A, CSU-B, and CSSU.
• Lead hiring, competency evaluations, and performance of program staff.
• Ensure compliance with agency HR policies, payroll, and staff coverage.
• Coordinate with nursing and treatment teams; promote continuity of services.
• Prepare reports and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide weekend on-call coverage and participate in community committees.
