Qualifications

• Master’s degree and RN licensure required.
• 7 years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations.
• 5 years of leadership in behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for behavioral health services across inpatient and interventional care settings.
• Establish strategic service line objectives, operational plans, and performance expectations aligned with goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead multi-hospital behavioral health operations through direct and dotted-line reporting structures.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand behavioral health services and improve access.
• Improve patient access, throughput, and capacity management across the continuum.
• Collaborate with executives, physicians, nursing, therapy, and operations to optimize programs and evidence-based practices.
