Job summary

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, training, and fiscal processes, collaborating with leadership and HR. The role emphasizes quality improvement, safety, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four+ years in operations, supervisory experience, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Operations Staff through guidance, meetings, coaching, and reviews.
• Participate in site and system leadership activities and communicate operational needs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and background checks; coordinate onboarding and training.
• Manage workforce administration and promotions, transfers, and terminations in HR systems.
• Oversee credentialing and background checks; maintain related records.
• Maintain training records and monitor compliance across staff.
• Coordinate site fiscal operations, client resources, and purchasing.
• Provide technical and systems support; troubleshoot IT issues as needed.
• Manage facility maintenance and safety activities; ensure a safe work environment.
• Support clinical quality improvement activities and data accuracy in the EHR.
• Provide cross-training and team coverage; perform additional duties as assigned.
