Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in collegiate athletics administration with direct sport oversight.
• Knowledge of NCAA and conference rules; strong ethics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the men's basketball program and athletics, overseeing strategic and operational support, including budget and NIL tracking.
• Provide senior leadership for designated units; recruit, hire, evaluate, and develop staff; manage budgets and salaries.
• Lead department-wide initiatives; chair committees and partner with the Director of Athletics on policy and governance.
