Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• MBA or advanced analytics degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of leadership in analytics, pricing, or asset management.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with measurable financial results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy aligned with EBITDA growth.
• Lead the Asset Management CoE for analytics, reporting, and technology enablement.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and asset productivity.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and performance frameworks tied to financial outcomes.
• Lead pricing strategy and optimization across asset portfolios.
• Translate analytics into practical business recommendations for senior leadership.
