Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, data strategy, and pricing optimization across the Fleet Management Solutions portfolio, reporting to the VP of Asset Management.

You will bridge Asset Management with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science to drive revenue growth, asset utilization, and EBITDA, while building an AI-enabled roadmap and scalable analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive analytics leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management AI, data analytics, and automation strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and governance linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Oversee analytics, reporting, and fleet intelligence across the CoE.
