Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, data strategy, and technology optimization for fleet management. The role partners across Finance, Pricing, Sales, and Technology to drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.

You will develop an AI/analytics roadmap, translate emerging tech into scalable business capabilities, and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver actionable insights and optimized asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced analytics leadership.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in analytics, pricing, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, AI, data strategy, and reporting across the CoE.
• Develop long-term AI/analytics roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Finance, Pricing, Sales, and Tech to drive revenue and profitability.
• Oversee pricing, elasticity, segmentation, and revenue management initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team.
