Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, finance, asset management or related business functions.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives that generated measurable financial results.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy aligned with growth and EBITDA expansion.
• Lead the Asset Management Center of Excellence responsible for analytics, reporting, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and asset productivity improvements.
• Establish KPIs and governance models connecting analytics initiatives to financial outcomes.
