Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director of the Asset Management Center of Excellence to lead analytics, AI, data strategy, reporting, and technology optimization across Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Data Science.

The role partners with executive leadership to transform data into measurable value, improving revenue growth, asset utilization and EBITDA through scalable AI-enabled insights and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership in analytics, pricing, asset management or related functions.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives generating measurable financial results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI, data analytics and automation strategy aligned with growth and EBITDA expansion.
• Lead analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with executives to identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and governance linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Oversee pricing strategy, elasticity, segmentation, dynamic pricing and revenue management.
• Lead development of descriptive to prescriptive analytics and production-scale AI.
• Guide product, customer and market analytics to inform strategy and portfolio optimization.
• Deliver enterprise reporting and decision-support for senior leadership.
