This executive will drive data-driven decisions to improve revenue, profitability, asset utilization, and EBITDA, reporting to the Vice President of Asset Management. The role bridges Asset Management, Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science, delivering a long-term AI roadmap

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive analytics/leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with financial impact.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Asset Management AI, data, analytics, and automation strategy.
• Lead the CoE for analytics, reporting, fleet intelligence, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with exec leadership to identify revenue growth and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Translate analytics into actionable business and financial outcomes.
• Build scalable reporting frameworks and enterprise dashboards.
• Develop and coach a high-performing analytics team.
