Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Director to lead the Asset Management Center of Excellence, directing analytics, AI, and data strategy to boost revenue, EBITDA, and asset utilization. You will bridge Asset Management with Finance, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Data Science to drive data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, pricing and revenue optimization, AI deployment, and scalable reporting to support executive decision-making and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in analytics, pricing, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives with financial impact.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute analytics, AI, and data strategy aligned with growth and EBITDA goals.
• Lead the Center of Excellence for analytics, reporting, and asset lifecycle optimization.
• Partner with executives to identify revenue growth and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and governance linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Lead pricing strategy and optimization across asset portfolios.
• Identify and deploy GenAI, ML, and AI agent capabilities at scale.
• Provide actionable insights for product, customer, and market analytics.
• Deliver enterprise reporting, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
