Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive leadership in analytics, pricing, finance, or related fields.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives that deliver measurable financial results.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset Management AI, data analytics, and automation strategy aligned with growth and EBITDA expansion.
• Build and lead the Asset Management CoE for analytics, reporting, and technology enablement.
• Partner with executives to identify revenue growth, cost reduction, and asset productivity opportunities.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and measurement linking analytics to financial outcomes.
• Drive pricing strategy, elasticity, and revenue management initiatives.
• Develop descriptive to prescriptive analytics and production-ready AI solutions.
