Job summary

Emploive is building an APAR analytics and compliance function in Dallas, TX. The Director will lead data-driven initiatives, establish KPIs, and partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to modernize controls and automate processes.

This role requires strong leadership, a track record of scaling teams, and expertise in SOX/compliance, data governance, and emerging technologies like AI and RPA to reduce risk and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in finance operations, analytics, controls, or related functions.
• Experience leading and developing managers.
• Experience with SOX controls and financial control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAR analytics strategy and develop actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and analytics frameworks across APAR.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data governance across APAR.
• Partner with IT and other functions to implement scalable solutions and AI-enabled workflows.
