Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an APAR Analytics and Compliance Director to build and scale a global analytics organization. You will lead data-driven initiatives across finance, IT and operations, shaping governance, controls and proactive risk management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Internal Audit, external auditors and business stakeholders to elevate APAR processes, automate workflows and drive ERP-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in finance operations, financial systems, analytics, controls, technology or related functions.
• Leadership through others; experience managing and developing other people managers
• Experience with SOX controls and financial control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAR analytics strategy and develop actionable insights to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and analytical frameworks across APAR.
• Use transactional data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain data governance practices including data quality, ownership, lineage and reconciliation.
• Enable predictive and exception-based analytics to shift APAR to proactive management.
• Lead cross-functional projects to simplify, standardize and automate APAR processes.
• Translate business problems into technical requirements and partner with IT to implement scalable solutions.
• Lead governance, testing, implementation and change management for APAR initiatives.
