Job summary

Cisco’s Regulatory Affairs & Compliance team seeks a Director to lead strategy and execution for a global compliance data analytics program. You will manage the Compliance Analytics & Enablement team and partner with senior stakeholders to drive AI-enabled risk insights.

In this role you’ll shape multi-year roadmaps, oversee automated monitoring for enterprise risk, and communicate data-backed findings to executive leadership. Hybrid in-office schedule required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years in similar roles, with at least 5 years within Legal, Compliance, or Audit at a large technology company or similar industry.
• Proficient with AI coding to prototype solutions; strong skills with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Track record of solving issues from incomplete data and building data-driven solutions.
• Understanding regulatory benchmarks for compliance (DOJ, COSO).

Responsibilities

• Design and test an AI-native compliance program and integrate data sources.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps for compliance data analytics strategy and model maturity.
• Oversee automated monitoring systems for enterprise risk, ethics, and regulatory focus areas.
• Deliver data-backed insights to Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Board.
• Build early warning systems for compliance risks and drive data-centric culture.
