Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a senior leader to drive the growth of its Data Analytics practice across the Americas. You will combine business development, client engagement, and analytics advisory to expand our footprint in investigations, compliance, and risk advisory.

The role focuses on origination, delivery excellence, and building a high-performing team across the Americas. Domestic and international travel are expected, with a base salary in the range shown.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of consulting, investigations, compliance or analytics-based work with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to design and deliver analytics-driven solutions for investigations or regulatory reviews.
• Experience in business development, proposals, and client outreach to grow the practice.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-value outcomes.
• Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python; comfortable with technical detail when needed.
• Travel domestically and internationally as client needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand the Data Analytics practice in the Americas.
• Lead sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations to secure mandates.
• Oversee delivery of high-impact analytics projects and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team across geographies.
• Collaborate with markets, marketing, and leadership on go-to-market initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional coordination among analytics, legal, and compliance teams.
